Nicola’s primary responsibility is the management of Cartlidge Morland’s finances including debtor management, supplier relationships/payments and the production of management accounts and other financial data. Additionally Nicola acts as ‘director of operations’, taking ultimate responsibility for the management of client administration functions.
Nicola attends partner’s meetings and to a significant degree acts as the firm’s General Manager, enabling the partners to concentrate on the delivery of services to clients.
Career History:
Nicola joined Cartlidge Morland in 2000 as Finance and Practice Manager and was promoted to Director in 2007. Prior to that she gained 9 years experience as Financial Controller of two separate engineering companies – five years of which were with an international firm. Nicola possesses a range of accounting qualifications and holds the Certificate of Financial Planning.
