Administration
A high quality service requires dedicated, efficient administration. Cartlidge Morland has a strong integrated administration centre that supports Human Resources Departments in managing the delivery of compensation and benefits packages, including queries from employees at all levels.
Technology
Systems are vital. Cartlidge Morland works closely with several employee benefit technology providers and has identified market leaders in particular aspects. We consider our clients' requirements and can recommend the best HR software to meet those requirements, however our employee benefit services are not conditional on any particular HR software being adopted by our clients.
Independence
Cartlidge Morland is wholly owned and controlled by its partners. Consolidation within the employee benefits sector has led to potential conflicts of interest, with the possibility of those companies that own or control our competitors wishing to influence their recommendations. As Cartlidge Morland is independent in terms of ownership, and therefore who we recommend, we are able to provide completely impartial advice.
